How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email (YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:
(company name & address)
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Returns You have 7 calendar days upon received to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
